The Aluminum Transportation Group (ATG) PRESENTS:

Aluminum Technology Forum logo

November 2, 2023 — Detroit, Michigan

This year, the Aluminum Association’s premiere automotive aluminum technology event returns, bringing together automakers, suppliers, aluminum producer companies, members of academia and other stakeholders. Join the Aluminum Association’s Transportation Group (ATG) at this in-person knowledge-sharing event, Thursday, November 2 in Detroit. This one-day event is designed to celebrate excellence in the sustainable design and engineering of vehicles using aluminum, while furthering peer-to-peer networking and learning. Attendees will gain new insight on transformative approaches to engineering vehicles with various alloys and product forms and finish the day with deeper understanding of the ways lightweighting using aluminum benefits our planet and communities.

The mission of the ATG is to support member companies and their automotive customers by serving as a central resource on the benefits of mass reduction using aluminum in automotive and commercial applications. Full members of the ATG can be viewed here.

Speaker Submissions

Session abstracts are currently being accepted. Topics that embrace sustainability, lightweighting with aluminum, material recycling or demonstrate successes in optimizing aluminum in real-world vehicle applications are preferred.
